V1.0-B4 - 2026-09-13 - Moved the public elapsed-business-day guidance into the existing Tracking Report cell instead of using a separate full-width row. - Removed the blue callout treatment so the guidance visually blends with the USPS tracking history. - Keeps the existing business-day calculation and 6–8 business-day First Class reminder unchanged. - Logged-in Tracking Dashboard behavior and database schema remain unchanged.
